Technical department bases its activities on close teamwork with its clients and partners, as well as holds close professional contact with external authorities and flag states. Currently technical department takes care of all vessels under our management plus other vessels of client companies. Horizon GmbH always uses most up-to-date IT tools to sustain efficient management and control. Moreover, Technical Department attaches great importance to the environment and safety.
We offer customers a tailor-made ship management service to suit their specific requirements, including plan approvals, build supervision, sale and delivery and full vessel operational management incorporating crewing, purchasing, insurance, surveys and accident investigation. As part of our comprehensive ship management service, we allocate Technical Superintendents to groups of vessels to monitor the operation, performance and condition of the vessels by:
